B2 Engineering (B2) is a general engineering company, created by two engineers who formerly worked in the construction industry, focusing on designing practical and constructable projects. Successfully working in and around the construction industry for more than 15 years has allowed the team to provide creative solutions to some of the toughest design constraints. The principals of B2 bring together an extensive background in the planning, advanced analysis, and design of comprehensive commercial and residential engineering and stormwater management projects. The combined and complementary experience of the founders is comprised of planning, traditional and state-of-the-art storm drain analyses, engineering design, and design-build projects. Each of the founding team members have made a name for themselves in the local developing market working for public and private clientele.

STORY
B2 was founded in 2018 by a married couple with a background in both construction and engineering. After years, working for large firms, it became apparent there was a need in the market for civil engineers who specialized in client-centric design by providing practical design solutions through a design-build approach. The teams experience in the construction industry provides a true understanding of cost, schedule, and construction feasibility. In addition, the small size of the firm allows us to provide a more intimate and attentive relationship, where clients get the design team that is promised. One of the essential qualities of the team is their commitment to a team-based design approach, coordinating with the owners, designers, and contractors all along the permitting process, to ensure that the client’s needs are being met.
BRITTANY N. BAIR, PE
Brittany N. Bair, PE has over 15 years of experience in the construction field in grading, paving and underground utilities and 7 years of experience designing large scale commercial/residential/mixed use projects, most requiring an element of advanced stormwater analysis engineering. Highlighted by her proven ability to manage project on schedule and within budget.

FABIOLA BAIR
Fabiola Bair has a background in construction management, specializing in design-build projects with a focus in large scale commercial projects including State projects, healthcare, and aviation. Her experience in project/design management in the construction industry is key in design-build projects, as she is able to apply a practical design approach yet provide creative solutions to complex design complications. She has been involved with engineering design projects since 2014 and is currently expanding B2 Engineering by diversifying our project portfolio and pursuing public and private projects across various industry sectors. She is best known for her ability to effectively communicate technical information, breaking down the historic communication barriers that exist across the industry.
